Duties of volunteers
1. Water when required and if needed only, which also means if it turns yellow or many more bugs are landing on the yellow sticky that means too much water.
2. Clean sweep twice a week after you leave. Mop if really bad or hot to cool down the air temp.
3. Empty recycling paper or plastic.
4. Check notes for messages and issues unresolved or post questions.
5. Supplies : Barter, trade, collect, garage sales,etc for items like cell packs and trays when needed.
6. Next check ,if we need something, write down what we need.
7. Report any damage or vandalism asap to Anna or myself. or Parks. ot to Rec centre.

Hi, I think I am meant to be covering alternate Tuesdays…, starting tomorrow? I have the keys from Anna, so I’ll be there to water just in case.
